Group Therapy
Group therapy has been found to be just as effective, and in some cases more effective, than individual therapy for treating a wide range of issues. Many women find that groups are a great way to learn important skills, while also getting support from others who are experiencing the same issue. Group therapy also has the advantage of being a lower cost option than individual therapy.
Currently, we are seeking new members for our 6-week Postpartum Depression therapy group: Out of the Blue. If you are interested in this group, please email Dr. Kozee at hkozee@empower-therapy.com or call us at 937-662-9080.
