For most of us, we only seek therapy when we're unhappy with something in our life, but feel 'stuck' and aren't sure how to go about changing it.  Sometimes, we might stay in that state of 'stuckness' for quite some time before we reach out.   Part of the work of therapy is getting you 'unstuck', allowing you to step fully into living your life joyfully, the way you were always meant to live it!
